In this episode I share my journey with mental health and the impact of wellness. I share key life stories of my journey with going to therapy and counseling and how it has impacted the way I see myself and the way I see life. I also share the key benefits and my learning lessons of seeking a professional therapist who can help you deal with loss or crisis and trauma as we navigate life.
Mental health wellness has also impacted my career and my business and in this episode I share some of the key ways I have learnt to implement what I learnt and experienced as a result of my growth in therapy. Last but not least I share how I plan to be still and practice being intentional in the moment for this next quarter. Some of the things I plan to do is;
1. Being more present in the moment and enjoying quiet time.
2. Saying No and cutting back on commitments.
3. Listening more to my body and to my spirit.
